European Employment Strategy 2002 Impact Evaluation

Five years after its launch by the Luxembourg Jobs Summit (1997), the European Employment Strategy was reviewed in 2002. To underpin such review, the European Commission and the Member States had agreed in 2001 on a joint work programme, whereby the Commission would coordinate an impact evaluation, based on national policy impact evaluation studies.
