EU guide to evaluating socio-economic development
The site presents the new GUIDE to evaluating socio economic development and associated resource materials. The GUIDE has been developed for the European Commission with a view to developing evaluation capacity in the enlarged EU, particularly in the context of the expenditure of Structural Funds, which aim to support economic and social cohesion in the Union.
