Evaluating Capacity Development in Research & Development Organizations

This site promotes the use of evaluation as a tool to advance the development of organizational capacity and performance. Its main purpose is to support a group of managers and evaluators who are evaluating capacity development efforts in their own organizations, in Africa, Asia and Latin America. This group makes up a global project on "Evaluating Capacity Development Project (The ECD Project, International Service for National Agricultural Research, Netherlands).
