ECHO - Humanitarian Aid Office -

Since it was created, ECHO - the Humanitarian Aid Office - has had an evaluation service which is independent of the operational services, and which is responsible for evaluating the activities financed by the Office (humanitarian aid to third countries). The first aim of evaluation is to analyse what has been done in the past, to look at the operations implemented and to assess how far ECHO has fulfilled its mandate. Click on "Evaluation".
