UNCDF -United Nations Capital Development Fund -

UNCDF assesses performance in several projects according to a number of performance criteria. The evaluations take place mid-way through the project period ("mid-term"), at the end of the project ("final") and a few years after project completion ("ex-post"). The evaluations focus on project design, implementation and impact, and are conducted by independant experts.
