The Europe-Aid Evaluation Unit, located in the EuropeAid Co-operation Office, evaluates all the external cooperation programmes of the European Commission that are implemented through EuropeAid. This programme covers all geographical regions and the corresponding EC external cooperation programmes: Africa, Caribbean and Pacific Countries, Mediterranean Region (MEDA), Asia and Latin America (ALA), Central and Eastern Europe: Phare, Tacis.
