Asian Development Bank Operations Evaluation Office (OED)
The purpose of the OED of the Asian Development Bank is to held the bank become a learning organization. The OED evaluates and rates a purposeful sample of individual loan, grant, and technical assistance operations. It also evaluates ADB's overall strategy and assistance program and it conducts evaluations on thematic topics and policies.
